Gervasini Health Library
Dedicated to honor the memory of William V. Gervasini, the Gervasini Health Library is a health information resource center, located on the first floor within the hospital. The library is open to everyone, and our services are free. Our goal is to help you find health information and services to understand and make wise choices about your health.
Medical Library Services
Come to our library to begin or get help with your medical question. We have professionally trained librarians whose specialty is working with patients and family members. Librarians will provide materials, developed just for you, to help you understand complex medical information. You'll find our library a quiet retreat where you can unwind, reflect, and relax. All conversations between us are private and confidential.
We do not give medical advice or diagnoses. We encourage you to contact your doctor if you need an examination to determine what is making you ill and to give you proper treatment and medication advice, based on what s/he finds.
If you can't come to the library, or if you can't wait while we search, we can email or mail some information to you.
